Release, Heal, and Renew Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
Channeled intuitive messages and energy healing are the foundation of this session, with massage used as a supportive tool to help the body relax and integrate the work.

Each session is personalized and begins with intention-setting around what you’re seeking clarity or support with. From there, Jen-L works intuitively, bringing through messages and energetic guidance while incorporating massage, aromatherapy, crystals, and sound therapy as needed to support nervous system regulation and deeper release.

These sessions support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by helping to release emotional weight, energetic congestion, and physical tension that may be limiting your sense of harmony and alignment.

Please note: Intention-setting and integration are included within the 90-minute session time. This is not a traditional full-body massage; while massage is part of the session, the primary focus is intuitive guidance and energy healing.
Reiki
60-minute session only
Each session is intuitively guided, allowing Reiki and inner awareness to lead the healing process to the areas of your physical and emotional body that need support most. Rather than working from a fixed protocol, the session unfolds in response to what your system is ready to release, restore, or realign.

This is deeply supportive soul work — designed to help you gently dissolve energetic blocks, raise your vibration, and reconnect with the wholeness that already exists within you. Compassionate guidance and subtle energetic shifts create space for clarity, balance, and renewal.

Tuning forks are placed over the chakras and along the bones, allowing vibration to move through both the physical and ethereal body. The sound frequencies encourage regulation, balancing, and energetic realignment at a cellular and spiritual level.

Crystals are thoughtfully incorporated for chakra support and to open areas calling for deeper healing. Formed naturally within the earth, crystals carry grounding and restorative qualities. Often, the stones that resonate most are the ones your system intuitively chooses — supporting exactly what your healing process requires in that moment.

Heal and Renew Your Body and Mind
The session can be tailored to be therapeutic for pain and muscle tension, or focused on relaxing for stress management. Integrative massage will likely include techniques such as:

Please note: I provide therapeutic and intuitive bodywork. I continue to offer deep tissue work for previous and existing clients, however I am not currently accepting new deep tissue appointments at this time.
